ADELAIDE STUDIOS GALA LAUNCH
- 20 October 2011. Architectural projection celebrating the official opening of the new South Australian Film Corporation studios at Glenside SA.

PORT INHABITED - 8, 9 Oct 2011. A projection art experience highlighting the historic and cultural heart of Port Adelaide SA.

CUTAWAY 2011: Cutaway is a three year project interdisciplinary arts project from 2011 to 2013, about the Waterside Workers Hall, an iconic, heritage listed building in Port Adelaide. Site-specific art works, made within and around Waterside by artists and community makers, will reveal and honour the extraordinary memories that inhabit the hall. Waterside, originally built by the Waterside Workers Federation in 1926 and Vitals’ home since 1992, has been central to Port Adelaide’s cultural life for eighty five years.

SILENT COMICS 2011: support for the Graphics Festival at Sydney Opera House to present print based comics by Jim Woodring, Robert Crumb and Nathan Jurevicius reinterpreted in a filmic format for live synchronous audio performances by Seekae, Plaid and Fourplay.

CONNECTIONS RESIDENCY
A partnership with SANYO Oceania and Mosaic AV to develop new projection innovations. Funded by the Australia Council for the Arts.

WELCOME HOME LIGHTNIN' STONE! - Multimedia performance project currently in development in the Blue Mountains NSW, presented by Illuminart. Preview and Showing of work in progress were held on 17 and 18 March 2011.

LANDED
a five night projection art installation mapped to the architecture of Henty House in Launceston Tasmania, as part of the Artistic program of Junction 2010, the National Regional Arts Conference. 25-29 August 2010.

JUNCTION 2010
Cindi Drennan and the illuminart team contributed to the Junction 2010 artistic program and attended the conference. Projects included: LANDED, GUERILLA PROJECTIONS of the Short Tailed Shearwater (Mutton Bird) from mobile projection cart at the Opening Ceremony, Junc Room and Handover Ceremony; HAVE YOU TRIED SWITCHING IT ON AND OFF AGAIN? Session Six on August 28 at Junction 2010. Co-presenter at conference session on digital media. HANDOVER CEREMONY VJ design and operation by Cindi Drennan with Mentee Joel Panther.

OPEN MIND
A two week video installation at Bondi Junction Bus Interchange, incorporating films made by young people of Urban Arts Base. Two weeks in July 2010.

PORT FESTIVAL ARTIST RESIDENCY 2009
Residency project during September and October 2009 leading to festival during 8-14 October 2009. Featured works:
HARTS MILL INHABITED:
Site specific audiovisual projection mapped to the western side of Harts Mill Pt Adelaide. Motion graphics tell the story of the Port and the building, incorporating the building architecture into the imagery. 20 minute looping show held on 14-16 October from 8PM - 10:30PM.
PROMISE: Screen Sculpture with sound and image composition inspired by Port Adelaide - depicting the emotions of the widows walk and unfulfilled promises to return. PROMISE "WIDOWS WALK" installed 9-11 October at Lighthouse Hub, Port Adelaide.

PORT AUGUSTA RE-IMAGINES VIDEO STORIES
Editing videos from the creating the archive project of the 2008 Regional Centre of Culture program, to be available from the Port Augsta Re-imagines archive web site. May - August 2009

PORT AUGUSTA RE-IMAGINES:
INAUGURAL REGIONAL CENTRE OF CULTURE PROGRAM SOUTH AUSTRALIA
During 2007 and 2008 Cindi Drennan worked part time for Country Arts SA, assisting with the year long inaugural Regional Centre of Culture program in my home town. Projects managed included the Port Augusta Film Festival, Young Visions Art Program and Exhibition, Heritage Walk and program, and Artists Night & Day.

Project involved working with local young people and artists to create projections telling stories of Port Augusta, and interweaving projection art into events during the program. Funded by Arts SA and Local Stages Initiative.

Experimental hybrid media theatre project, created in collaboration with Leon Ewing

VIDEO COMBUSTION ALPHA RELEASE 2002 :
Live Audiovisual and Theatre performance, presenting an immersive sculptural performance space surrounding the audience and performers with combined scripted and improvised video projection exploring themes of body and transformation of self through technology.
